There's old money and new money, and then there are people who just have no money at all! These people are what can be called "No Money"
Those Republicans and Democrats just don't understand that what's really making the town suck is that so few people have jobs here. Only the richest can afford stuff. The Old Money and New Money don't give a shit about us No Money.

A medium of exchange required in a ridiculously large quantity in order to make modern life's miseries easier to work with. Typically the people who need money don't have it or will never have any, while those who don't need it are usually the ones who squander it foolishly.
