A derogatory term for biologically female queers / lgbt people who typically enjoy a level of greater privilege, entitlement and influence than transwomen or amab queers. It’s is a term meant to call out inequity, hypocrisy and afab power mongering in the LGBT community.

That’s madam afab, she’s always having a trendy good time while transwomen struggle socially. She has so much privilege, especially with her cis male partner.
