An Abby-Roberts

When someone pulls an Abby-Roberts, they're saying the same joke over and over again even after everyone has told them the joke isn't funny anymore and it's just very annoying. Often times, the joke was never funny to begin with but for whatever reason they thought it was comedy gold and they just won't let it go.

Felicia: Das funneh!
Joey: That joke isn't funny anymore, please stop.
Felicia: Das funneh! Das funneh! Das funneh!
Joey: Seriously, please stop. You're pulling an Abby-Roberts right now.

An arrow to the knee

An overused joke/reference to Skyrim. It goes by: "I used to do/be/have/etc. a <whatever you used to do/be/have/etc>, but then I took an arrow to the knee."

Most of the time, it it completely unrelated and makes you look like an idiot.

1. I used to have a house, but I took an arrow to the knee.
2. I used to write "arrow to the knee jokes", but I took an arrow to the knee.

Robert knew that whore Betsy had his wallet. They were the only two people in the fucking room!!! Was she so stupid that she thought he’s so stupid as to not know that SHE HAD HIS WALLET!!! Retelling the story to visiting friend, Robert continued, “So I thought to myself ‘ Bitch, save some face, and your life and return whats mine’, so I decided to give her an out and said, even though I had not stepped inside there, “Maybe it is in the bathroom” and went there giving her time to put my goddamn wallet back where she had taken it from”.
