To be wearing a thermal long sleeve (or short sleeve if there is any) shirt, called waffles. Kind of like rockin' a fitted cap. Depending in what person your speaking in, it does factor how you say it. Also see waffles.

Somewhere in between 'shenanigans' and a curse word of your own choice. Can be applied to just about any sentence and/or situation. Prefably said in a Nixonesque way.

Can also be used as an adjective.
