seems legit

1) What one would say in a situation that arouses suspicions, but is ultimately determined to pose no threat.

2) What one would say ironically in a situation that is obviously NOT legit, usually dealing with illicit activities such as drugs and pedophilia, or the purchase of knockoff merchandise.

1) This muscle cream isn't a brand I've ever heard of, but there's no ingredients label on it so it can't be steroids. Seems legit.

2a) This 15-year old Christina Hansen wants me to come visit her for a surprise... seems legit!
2b) This guy is asking for 15 bucks for this thousand dollar Gucci bag... seems legit!

the combination of a step and a stump. It is usually sticking out of nowhere and is a nice place to sit. The most ideal stemp would be found in a naturally occuring staircase made out of tree roots.

A small glass tube with a plastic lower inside sold at gas stations bought solely for the purpose of making a crackpipe.The flower is thrown away and a wad of mesh,usually copper pot scrubber is stuffed in one end.

I just hang out at the dope hole with my stem and catch smokers on the way out and smoke for free because they dont have the balls to carry a pipe on them.

STEMlord

An individual within the STEM program who is foolish into believing that having the knowledge and skillset of STEM puts them at a higher intellectual position compared to students from other university programs.

STEMlords might feel that they are more rational, but they aren't. In fact, a 2019 study done by a group of psychologists found that STEMlords are no more rational or shrewd than those in Arts and Humanities programs (e.g. Cultural studies). Bottom line, their sense of superiority is a placebo effect founded on the misguided belief/stereotype that STEM is the holy grail of education.

STEMlords can be found all over the internet, but most exclusively within the Reddit platform. They often appear as sarcastic and cynical, and have a taste for dark edgy meme humour. Most, if not all, have a custom-built PC setup, play OW or DOTA 2, and watch a bazillion of anime shows.

STEMlords should not be generalized to all STEM students.

My friend: Nah too busy gotta study, I'm not an Arts student like you y'know.
