An airhead that brings volume to her hair with loads of hairspray and immense teasing. Consequently, the chemicals from the hairspray become lodged in her brain causing her brain cells to die at an alarming rate. Eventually, this will cause the individual to reach a state of mental retardation. At this point her "poof" becomes a survival mechanism, much like a helmet for her head, in case she runs into doors, walls, windows, etc.

The act of kneeing a victim in the back of the leg, causing them to go weak and crumble in a heap on the floor. Usually shouted as a warning before the act takes place.
