Boredom OCD

when you become so bored that you realize everything in your house is messed up, and you spend an extended amount of time just cleaning and straightening things up.

Literal torture, pure ocd is a form of ocd that give you intrusive thoughts which make you feel like an awful person even though these thoughts are the exact opposite of your true desires and who you are as a person. It causes intense anxiety and makes you feel chronic guilt and shame. Always get help instead of suffering in silence or listening to these bitch ass TikTokers who don’t understand what intrusive thoughts mean because they are lucky enough to not have experience with ocd. You can recover and you are worthy of love

Real Event OCD

A term used to describe the feeling one gets when they are extremely guilty about something bad they did. This person will go out of their way to avoid any scenario relating to the consequences of this mistake, which oftentimes takes up a lot of mental energy and belittles the persons humanity.

Steve: OMG I can’t stop thinking about the time I called Sally ugly in middle school. I feel so bad.... I should ask my parents if we can move to another state!
John: It sounds to me like you’re experiencing Real Event OCD. There’s no need to take precautions over a “what if” scenario. If you feel so bad, apologize! She will understand.

Symptoms include checking specific places for litter,frequent recycling,or intense fear of hurting the environment in some way (I suffer from it myself).

When I saw litter on the ground at the park,my eco ocd started to kick in.
