This noun phrase is to to show expression at certain times in a positive way. It is mainly used for telling your friends that you are proud. It has been used as a way of being proud of someone in football for scoring a goal, proud that they got the A level results or proud they got onto the dole .

Technically this word can mean anything, hoah is primarily used in Army. Marines use hoorah. hoah is a word that can only be interpreted by the tone of voice and body language.

for example
1st "NCO-soldiers were getting a day Soldiers- Hoah!!!!" that was good version of hoah
