Off the shits

When you recently recover from rocket thrusting diarrhea, barely having your asshole intact (almost needing rectal replacement therapy), acting like it wasn't that big of a deal in the first place.. Very common to incorrectly use this phrase to describe a mild drinking session but exaggerating it like was the most you've drank in your life.

Romero: You trying to go out tn?
Dominic: Hell yes! I was off the shits last night.. Let's do it again. I'll be oFf tHe sHiTs AgAiN

A form of explosive diarrhoea more powerful than simply taking a poop, or having the shits. Often experienced by individuals with irritable bowel syndrome, or those who consume copious amounts of gluten-rich ale.
