A money bitch is someone who is obsessed with how much money people owe them, and freak out if someone doesn't pay them back in time, but will never pay any money back to others, normally claiming that they owe them something.
Alexandra was such a money bitch, she always counts out exactly how much you owe her but will never pay you back.
