Rule of Four

A rule that Texas Hold'em players use stating that on the flop, a player's chances of making a hand are approximately 4% times the number of cards in the deck (outs) that would make the hand.

I have J-10 and the flop is Q-9-5, giving me an open-ended straight draw. With four eights and four kings in the deck that can make my hand, the Rule of Four states that my chances of getting the straight are 32%.

Riley's are really nice people who can cheer you up and make you laugh. Riley's can be pretty mean but they always teasing you so don't be affend,they like to tease you a lot.Riley's are normally not the brightest but they sure can help you get a man. If your feeling down they can sure make you laugh.Riley's have great taste in guys.They also have great song choices. They can be pretty mean but thats them.They have a really nice personality but if you mess with them they'll actually kill you.Riley's have great fashion chocies but will almost all the time get dress coded.
