Hand over hand is term used to describe "choking a sucka". It is when you place one hand around a persons neck, then putting you other hand partially over that first hand and on the remaining part of the exposed neck.

Get the sword over penmug. A sexual routine that involves a female partner having her male partner lay down, while she stands above his chest, stomach, or pubic region (depending on her personal preference) and proceeds to pee, and then poo on top of him.
A variation of this practice is known as the "Barrel over the Falls ends in Tragedy", wherein the female will end the session by glopping a big smear of period blood on the male's face, however, this portion of the practice is reserved for occasions when the female is experiencing the peak of her monthly menstrual flow, hence allowing for good glopping action to take place.

The rules:
1. The black cards are Mexicans. Each card is worth a specific number of points.
2-10=self explanatory.
K, Q, J= 10 pts.
A= Drug packets.
2. Red cards are border patrol. They subtract from your score. same story applies for points.
3.Each player is dealt a hand of 5 cards. They have the opportunity to disctrd up to 4 cards in exchange for new ones from the deck.
4. Each player adds up their points/ drug packets.
5. Hands continue until one player has 100 mexicans and 10 drug packets.
