Spending a lot of time answering emails or message board posts in a long winded and repetitive manner, often at the expense of useful activity. Similar to jacking off, but less pleasurable.

We missed half a day of work because my ride was up til 3 AM last night finching off on the computer in the motel lobby again.

Pooped Off

The more appropriate term of implying that you are angry or mad during a current situation. Or brought up from a past event.

1) My caught caught on fire and died this morning. Now I'm just really pooped off!

2) Don't mess with me right now, I'm just really pooped off.

3) I think I pooped off my neighbors last night by blasting my music past midnight.

He: Must be nice to be still in your easy offs at 2 in the afternoon. Or is there another reason you're wearing them?
