To get a return, or “come up”, from some type of situation: ranging from work for hire, trade (a tennis racket for a pair of shoes), or even criminal activity such as robbing an ATM (automatic teller machine) for the money in it.

Guy 2: Me too, but I’m getting mine’s from selling those stolen Yeezy’s I picked up…
