Come with either two sensations, pure bliss of finally freeing some intestinal space, or pure agony as it tears your tender asshole to shreds. The Intestinal Doomsday only comes once during one’s lifespan, and you’ll know when it happens. Can be induced with strong laxatives and Mexican food, though this is strongly advised against.
