"Raphael" is an insult used similary to "Kevin" or "Sebastian." It's rather uncommon hence it should not be used recklessly. It's a poweful insult that will obliterate everyone and everything. A Raphael is a person that behaves like an asshole and judges people that he doesn't even know. An alman you could say, but they don't necessarily have to be German. However, people often misunderstand Raphaels. They only see their dickhead behavior, but legend has it that they can be very nice.
