A name to define someone who lets out a silent but forceful/stinky fart. You must be able to feel(not hear) the "pulse" that the fart exerts. It must also carry a stench within the fart pocket that makes people leave the room.

Person 1- Did you feel that?

The persecuted minority also includes the undead, and undead sympathizers.

In a blatant display of pulsism, a recent law made it illegal to euthanize anyone if they are able to communicate, even if all they communicate is their will to die.
