someone elected to government noble enough to avoid cronyism, and allow citizens to prosper

(portmanteau combining these French terms, used in English):
1. Noblesse oblige: Whoever claims to be noble must conduct himself nobly.

2. Laissez-faire: transactions between private parties free from state-intervention --------> 3. (my neologism)

People running for office -- as wealthy as Ross Perot, Mitt Romney, and John Kerry -- would ideally be uninfluenced by lobbyists' money, level the playing field by the principle of "noblessez-faire".

Nobles and Greenough School

I'll admit that Nobles is a pretty decent school except they're not the best. Roxbury Latin clears your poverty ass school. Y'all suck at pretty much everything other than sports and have women at your school so your all simps. But in conclusion its an ok school. If you go to Nobles stay mad that you don't go to RL but be glad you don't go to Milton.

Milton is somehow even worse than the Nobles and Greenough School, I didn't think it was possible.

Flop Nobbed

In poker, when you hold a strong starting hand and raise a lot of money to see the flop, only to have not matched any cards when seeing the flop making your hand completely useless.

Starting hand of A/K. You raise double the blinds, someone else raises double that, you raise again or go all in because you're pot committed.

The dealer turns over the first three cards (flop) and it's 5/2/J all of suits other than the ones in your hand. Probably giving the other guy a really strong hand against you and effectively costing you all your money.

That, my friends, is getting flop nobbed (a Flop Nob).

Common usage: "Hey man, the tables were rough last night, I was constantly getting Flop Nobbed!"
