Get the neckmug. Necking is lifestyle not a game. When you witness a human do a act uncalled for or something just that's plain stupid , you get that neck and let nothing stop you. Gentle necks for a minor cause if it is serious you smack that neck with all the power the lord gave you. Also if that person messed up extremely bad you take them necking privileges away for a week till they gone learn.
