Vagina, because the inner lips of a spread vulva form a shape resembling a canoe, and... the rest is obvious. Also used as a generic, fun-sounding term of insult in any context where one might use the word "cunt", "pussy", "twat", etc.

A lineman who works for a utility company and cant keep "his" pole under control. Willing to risk life and limb, even his marriage just to make sure all his "equipment" gets serviced by anyone willing, no experience or morals necessary!

The douchecanoe lineman had to work late to "install" a "pole" for a customer.

Douchacalypse is a modification of the word Apocalypse (Greek: Ἀποκάλυψις Apokálypsis; "lifting of the veil" or "revelation") which is a term applied to the disclosure to certain privileged persons of something hidden from the majority of mankind. Today the term is often used to refer to Armageddon, also referred to as the end of the world, which may be a shortening of the phrase apokalupsis eschaton which literally means "revelation at the end of the æon, or age". In the Christian tradition, 'The Apocalypse' refers in particular to the Book of Revelation, the last book of the Bible.
