In Bloods gang culture, the Lil Brah is the cabin boy. He's the one who has to do the filthy man-on-man sucker and pucker when the boyz come back to the crib with no skank after a night rolling at da club. Comes from prison inmate speak. Ironically, unintentionally probably, referencing the ay bikers call their girlfriends "old ladies." Typically it's a small-in-stature teen who probably still has disfiguring acne on his cheeks and smells yet won't wear the same pair of AF1s two days in a row for fear of not looking "fresh."

Somewhat of a rhetorical question, where one fellow male asks another if he's admiring the aesthetics of your body definition, or weight lifting ability, when in reality it is actually quite obvious.

Josh finishes a set of dead lifts; with impressive form and weight - when he looks over to his fellow mate, who seems to be struggling with curling 30 pound dung bells. He says " Hey, Steve, U Mirin' Brah? " - Steve replies "No way man", and continues to finish his set.
