Fort Apache

Often referred to as "The Fort", it is the Meadow Glen Addition outside of Pawhuska, OK. It consists of one block out in the middle of the country where basketball is more important than sleeping, and ramen noodles are the most common source of food. Home to many Osage families and other Natives that let their rugged kids roam outside all day long playing ball or getting into trouble. It is mostly known for: domestic disturbances, consumption of commodities, teenage pregnancies, real people, and young athletes.

A female or gay male who preys upon unsuspecting singles at clubs or bars. They let the target have sex with them and after he has fallen asleep will proceed to cut off his penis and testicles. They then run away never to be seen again, penis apache's will often mount their prizes much as men mount deer heads or trophies.
