An amount of time added to the estimated arrival of a person who always late, usually an hour.

Person 1: What time did you tell John Wayne to be at the party?

Person 2: 1 O'Clock.

Person 1: But the party starts at 2? Why did you tell him 1?

Person 2: He is always late, so I had to account for Waddellage
