Excretion oozing from the rectum as a result of semem and feces being logged into a rectal tear. When the mass sits and festers it turns into a puss filled sak that gets bigger and bigger until it comes loose and falls out of the rectum, bursting open as it reaches the hole then spilling the rank liquid onto the floor.
