The man doing the passing assures the next man in the chain that the woman has desirable characteristics like she puts out, is disease free, and is discrete and do not kiss and tell, and can be trusted for anything from a fling to a longer term sexual relationship up to and include being a mistress.

When your so pissed off, it surpasses, beyond belief to the point where others cannot believe how pissed off you are. If Royally pissed means your pissed off beyond what you can believe. Then Imperially Pissed, means, your so pissed off others cannot believe it.

His Imperial Highness, Aerick Lux, is so pissed off others cannot believe, such hatred can be achieved, He is Royal, but his anger, brings to a level of Imperialness that simply cannot be beleived even when witnessed. He is Imperially Pissed off.
