Usually very strong, muscular, athletic and loves to listen to music or play instruments. An all around fun loving guy!

Historically used after someone has rolled a perfect joint under particularly difficult circumstances (eg. while riding on a roller coaster or skydiving).
"Thats a real beauty! How did you pull off that hoover doover manoeuvre"

Otherwise typically used when watching sport;
"Wow, he stepped one way, then the other! Before you knew it he'd hoover doovered himself across the try line"
