2.a person who sounds like they have too much mucus in their throat.
3. a person who tries to talk but really growls.

"that kid is such a grunkel, like really, clear out your throat."

when a "grunkel" is in sight the word grunkel is to be repeated three times fast in the voice of a "grunkel".
