Set it and forget it

Set it and forget it, verb:

1. To have sex with someone regardless of potential emotional consequences.

2. To accomplish anything that you are actively afraid of and deliberately avoiding.

(orig. 1990s) First coined by inventor Ron Popeil in reference to his "Showtime Rotisserie." Popeil extolled his audiences to "set it and forget it." While this expression originally had a specific meaning in regard to the Rotisserie, it has since taken on an alternative meaning akin to James Brown's expression "hit it and quit it" from his 1970 hit "Get Up (I Feel Like Being A) Sex Machine."

DELETE and FORGET (also, D&F)

"Delete and forget" is the eversion of "forgive and forget."
Occurs when an email is written hastily, usually late at night, under the influence of exhaustion, alcohol, drugs, anger, ignorance, stupidity--all the usual urban stuff.
"SEND" is hit too quickly and shit happens.
After many more emails, calls, texts, etc--there is mutual agreement to "D&F" (DELETE and FORGET)

I shouldn't have sent that email last nite to the hot new intern. When I reread it this morning, I coulda died. But we talked and stuff--and agreed to "DELETE and FORGET (also, D&F)".
Otherwise, my ass be fryin in HR.

Quizlet and forget

It's when all or almost all the questions on the assignments are on a site like Quizlet, and you can pass the class by simply looking up everything on the site.

So for example, if a class gave all their quizzes online and that's unproctored. If you can Quizlet enough to get the grade you're looking or a passing grade. Then it is a Quizlet and forget class.

Note other sites can be substituted for Quizlet. They can be paid or not, but they have to already have the answers. So for example, coursehero (which is a paid site) could be included in this.

You should take xyz class. It's a Quizlet and forget class.
