Watch Dog Committee or W.D.C was founded in Crown Heights, New York, U.S.A in the year 1985 as an underground society to protect the powerless from the abuse of the powerful. This group was formed by a group of friends who believed in empowering the poor and the oppressed through brotherhood and sisterhood.
