A Cartoon channel that, while having its share of crappy shows *cough* johnny Test *cough*, is slowly gaining a better reputation whith show like Adventure Time, Regular Show, Sym-Bionic Titans, and MAD (hell, I liked them anyway).

People who sit around on the internet all day talking trash acting tough and hardcore. Computer nerds, Elitist gamer assholes, and just regular computer junkies who feel superior because they know more than somebody else ONLINE and feel like they have to terrorize them.

Ex1:

"i'm sick of all these netcore kids sitting around talking smack to all the newbies"

Ex2:

ComputerNerd: Hahahaha faggot you don't know where the F1 button is, fucking noob.

netped is short for "Internet Pedestrian" and refers to tourist internet users who lack the fundamental understand of the internet that is required to ride lolbikes and fly roflcopters. Often victim of trolls and largely ignored by the internet elite who are too busy flying over and cycling between the traffic jam of main stream internet culture questing for lulz. They also find memes hilarious even though they do not understand them and have no sense of when a meme has run out of lulz.
