A super awsome person who is really a dounut inside. A betty is way too obsessed with one thing or another and has a very small butt. Bettys commonly are weird and some can shout the word penis very loud! If you ever encounter one, immediately shout “BEEP”! The betty will know what you are saying and will grunt and move along. You are safe now.
