(phrase; Irish idiom, colloquial)
Challenging to give a simple definition. It's not dissimilar to 'come here go away'. It is used to describe a situation handled with no fuss or to make light of a difficult situation.

A: "I was so drunk last night I think I kissed 30 guys"
B: "Ah, no biggie, go in go out "

Similar to burned out but specific to have spent too much time with wise cracking members of the Byrnes clan. Especially used by English Protestant when referring to the famous Irish Byrnes of Wicklow Co.
