Flame

Flaming is an insult or trying to offend someone over the interner or digitally. The flame is confirmed by the person that is getting flamed on. The flame can be barely offensive or super offensive.

Lucas flamed by using an insult on Kevin. The insult was barely offensive but Kevin was still offended which means Lucas flamed on him.

Flaming Groovy

A dry cleaning bag that has been tied in knots along its length, hung from the ceiling, and lit on fire. The burning plastic will then drip down into a pan of water, with the drops making a groovy whooshing sound as they fall.

Wow man, we blew a couple joints of Panama Red last night and lit a flaming groovy in the living room. The fire department got there really quick after the couch caught on fire!

"Flame" is a word to replace "get mad" or "get mad at" or phrases that use common slang.
It's just a different way of saying that you're gonna get mad at someone(or multiple) for something.

"I'm about to flame emily because she didn't tell me what her moms name is"

"I'm about to flame instagram for not having this song in their music selection"
