sup-bro mentality

The mind state of a serious bro. You have got to be thinking about the swell, hanging out with top mints, longboarding, greeting others with "sup bro?", noticing your best bro's tan, and find yourself most attractive with your shirt off.
We were boarding down Hall when all of a sudden SC's sector9 split and he started freaking out. I told him to bring back the sup-bro mentality and things went back to being chill.

metal head

A metal head is generally someone who enjoys metal. Trying to identify a metal head can be an easy task or a hard one. The life style the genre usually portrays is one of not caring and rebelling. Basically, do your own thing and fuck everyone else. This ties in with the whole "difficult" to identify because what you find as something unique, someone else may not. A metal head is stereotyped as a long haired, jean wearing fighter. While this may be true to some, it's not always the case (Except for the fighting aspect or at least the ability to harness an excess amount of rage and use it towards violenct.) Like the many different sub genres, I believe there are different types of metal heads.

The Physical Metal Head:

The easiest of the three to identy. Usually falls in with the "Long hair and denim jeans." stereotype. Exactly what the title states, their interest in the genre is shown physically. Whether it be through tattoos littered around there body, to hair grown down to their waist. More likely to attend concerts.

The Mental Metal Head:

This is the metal head you most likely will not be able to pick out of a crowd. Not ashamed to like the genre, instead he/she prefers the quieter approach to his undying love for it. This is most likely the quiet person with a few friends, usually also under the mental type. The Mental will more than likely commit a larger scale act of violence than a Physical simply because his rage is always bottled up until it can't be bottled up any longer. Usually hates people. Least likely to attend the concerts, but know more about the band then most.

The Mixed Metal Head:

Read the title. Mix random qualities from each of the above types and you've got yourself a molotov cocktail of ass kicking. Most people will probably find themselves associating with this title, simply because of the diversity of the genre and its fans.

There is nothing better or worse between the 3 types shown here, because in the end all 3 enjoy Metal and know that if you're a true Metal Head: No one gives a fuck about what type they are.
You probably could already tell, but I'm a metal head.

death metal

"The lowest common denominator in popular music."

death metal was never meant to be popular. It's unmarketability is actually a good thing, since the industry can't make it into a trend and kill it all together like they did glam rock, rap, and grunge.
If death metal's the lowest common denominator in popular music, then pop and rap are the lowest common denominators in REAL music.

full metal alchemist

An excellent anime bases loosely off of the manga series. It takes place in a world where alchemy is real and a science with certain laws and rules. The first and most important one is that nothing can be gained without sacrificing something of equal value in exchange. This is the Law of Equivalent Exchange. Two young brothers, Edward and Alphonse (Ed and Al for short) Elric who are gifted alchemists ignore the Law and try to bring their mother back to life. Because there is nothing that can equal the value of a human soul, Ed and Al succeed only in bringing back a mutilated body of their mom. Al loses his entire body in the process while Ed loses a leg. Ed then sacrifices his right arm to attach Al's soul to a suit of armor.
Now the brothers want to regain their original bodies back but the only way to do so is to use the mysterious Philosopher's Stome which can bypass the laws of alchemy. Ed, now sporting automail limbs in place of the one he lost, becomes a State Alchemist of the militarian government to access data on the Stone.
The series follows the boys' adventures as they try to find this Stone and face corrupt military leaders, chimera, homunculi, and other alchemists. Though most of the time it's serious and a real tear-jerker at some scence, it has it's share of comedy and laughter.
It has a well written plot, original characters, and great artwork.
Full Metal Alchemist is a great anime every anime-fan should at least preview it before saying how rotten it is compared to other animes.
