A person who gets a crowd psyched up by being the first one to clap or to shout.
Also a person who claps and shouts, at a small concert or show, enough to replace a small cheering crowd.

Man, that show tonight had a rough crowd, at least Gary was there to get them to start cheering, he's a one-man crowd!

On The Crowl

To be "On The Crowl" essentially means to be looking for sex. When a person is said to be "On The Crowl" it means that they will stop at nothing to get some. It doesn't really matter who they end up with, as long as they are satisfied in the end. "On The Crowl" can refer to either a man or a woman, but most often will be linked towards the actions of a woman.

Guy#1: She totally wants you man.
Guy#2: Hahaha classic. She's always on the crowl.

Crowd the Donna

Slang; "crowd the donna" has many uses in modern slang, though it originated as a sexual expression for vaginal or anal penetration. It reached widespread use in the early 1930s in Witchita, Kansas, when a young gang calling themselves "The Crowded Donnas" popularized the term.
