Sagging breasts of a female of any age. Anything but firm moon gazers are Hang Titties IMO.

She used to have Moon Gazers, but after only one kid she now has flap jack Hang Titties, poor thing.

Though they tried to make the extrajudicial hanging look like a suicide, as many people as there were that wanted that guy dead, there wasn't really anybody left to convince othere was no foul play involved, the people they would have tried to convince wanted him dead too.
