Skin It is a term used in Stephen King book 'The Body' which was later turned into the film 'Stand By Me' Starring Wil Weaton, Jerry O'Connell, Corey Feldman and River Phoenix. It was made a hand shake like a high five but even cooler because if you use it it make you look hard.
