But this borough mostly consists of people who were not born in the city, but rather moved here under the delusion that life here is like Sex and The City or Rent. In reality it is a place where people come to work and/or drink, unless one is wealthy enough to live comfortably or enjoys slumming it knowing their parent's money will back them up.
