Originally derived from the phrase, "Do you know what I'm talking about?". When said lazily and mumbled together, the phrase can be compressed into "tumba".

Person #1 says, "Don't you hate it when you are wearing jeans and you're driving down the road, and your butthole starts to itch but you just cant get to it?"

Person #2 replies, "Tumba"

1. Chuck Norris.
2. Tuba Players. (The Tuba itself was invented by chuck norris.)
3. God.
4. every one else.

Common band-speak: "Man I wish i could play tuba." Tuba: "Damn straight bitch!"
Also note the tuba motto: "Bitch we're the boss!"
