Netflix Fog

This is what happens to people when they get a Netflix account. They no longer watch local or world news, or anything current.

"Hey Tony, did you hear what happened in Alaska last week? Big earthquake!"

"No, sorry I didn't, the wife and I have been in a Netflix fog for the last 2 months catching up on Rescue Me and other shows. So what happened?

Netflix Nap

A Netflix nap is when you take a rest in your bed during the day or evening and watch Netflix, tucked in with a blanket. It's not really sleeping but it is the same since you are so cozy (and you could fall asleep).

Wow is it two already? <Yawn> I'm going to go to my room and take a Netflix nap. If I fall asleep, wake me up for dinner.

Netflix and Chill

A euphemism for inviting someone over to their place to engage in sexual activity. Thus the expression, "let's Netflix and chill!" should be understood by the hearer as "let's come over to my place and fuck!" The genius of this phrase is that it gives both parties "plausible deniability" when its true meaning is prematurely exposed so no one has to lose face (the inviting party can say, "I was just talking about watching movies and hanging out" or the invited party can say, "You're talking about watching movies and hanging out, right?")

John: Hey Tammy, let's netflix and chill tonight.
Tammy: OK!
