A study given at some universities that likes to think that they are engineers but if you let them do math's and physics they will probably fail and cry.

Don't give those proofs and equations to industrial design students, it might scare them. Give them some crayons instead.

Indusha is kind of a bitch. But like she's the best bitch you'll ever meet. She's super sweet and will always help you fix your problem. But if you're not willing to make the effort to fix it she'll transform to the judmental bitch she is and put you on her black list. Cruiser Panic Inducer

The annoying car on the road, that leaves you questioning if the car is really a police car. This results in an obsene amount of panic followed by relief after the victim realizes it is not a police car.

Joe: Aww Dude! Is that a cop car behind us?!
Mike: Oh Shit! (Hides his weed)
(Car passes)
Joe: Aww Damn Dude! Just another cruiser panic inducer!
Mike: Say Joe, didn't you have a half eaten peach in the back?

Fraud in the inducement

n. the use of deceit or trick to cause someone to act to his/her disadvantage, such as signing an agreement or deeding away real property. The heart of this type of fraud is misleading the other party as to the facts upon which he/she will base his/her decision to act. . A person is induced to enter into a transaction with a false impression of the risks, duties, or obligations involved. There is intentional misrepresentation of a material risk or duty reasonably relied on, thereby injuring the other party without vitiating the contract itself. Examples: There will be advantages to you if you let me sign the contract in my name and take title to your property. You don't have to read the rest of the contract - it is just routine legal mumbo-jumbo your ear doesn’t hear as a lay person .

He pretended to represent my interest but over time it was clear that his trick was clearly fraud in the inducement and he went to jail for it.
