Noun: A male who thinks he is extremely good looking and intelligent, when someone should have told him he is barely luke warm. Usually these types have bad hair and qustionable oral hygiene. Are inept at proper social interraction and like to stare.

From the Turkish name Tarkan - a very attractive male, and the saying " F minus". F minus + Tarkan = Farkan
