An assessment of something that a person likes, but is indefensibly lame. Usually used in order to end further ball-busting.

Dave: "I just saw 'Alvin and the Chipmunks 2: The Squeakuel."

James: "Really dude?! You saw that piece of shit?"

Dave: "No, really! It was a pretty decent movie."

used when you don't want the opposite person to know whether you find something above average good or just about below average..
