Coined by Charlie Sheen in a 2011 abc news interview where the reporter presented claims that he may be bi-polar, he corrected her by explaining that he's bi-winning.

Anchor: Some are saying that you're bi-polar.

Charlie Sheen: Wow, what does that mean?

Anchor: I guess that you're on two ends of the spectrum.

Charlie Sheen: Wow, and then what? What's the cure? Medicine? Make me like them? Not gonna happen. I'm bi-winning. I win here and I win there, now what?
