This is an individual who is mean, cruel and insulting until he or she breaks you. And then they say "I'm sorry." Once people begin to see the trend, they realize that the person isn't sincere about their apologies.

She's so mean towards all the boys in the class and always apologizing to them the one's that cry.

The term "Apologist" was made up by a dumb little girl. I didn't do the thing and I didn't get anything for not doing it. I'm not sorry for other people doing things to you. That's not my role in life. It's not my job to bare the guilt of other people's actions.
