1. A term used when looking at something or someone who you feel some kind of hate torwards, but it is inapropriate to say something worse.
2. You feel it's to lame to say your mom, so you say someting less common as a come back. Generally saying it to a friend.

1. Jim thinks to self - I hate this mother fucking dog.

Jim says aloud - "You Uglay!"

2. Jessy - "Why do you always have to comment on everything someone says?"

This is South African slang from generation Y
Min means you don't care what people think (Minimal fucks given)

The word has taken on a different meaning from different areas, some are using min as a means to say keen.

I am guessing someone heard it and misinterpreted the meaning and now it's spread.

I am min for you or I am min for what you say, I will do as I please.
