A term used in TV writing. It's things that you wouldn't actually say in life, but they say it on TV to help you understand what's happening in the story.

A character saying, "You're my sister and I love you...", so that we understand that she is the character's sister is laying pipe.

A double dutch pipe cleaner is when two girls stand facing eachother and they both have their fingers on the right hand in there own vagina. They both take their left hand and put it on the others right elbow. They then move the others right arm in a way that causes the other to finger herself. It basically the oposite of a double dutch rudder.
