One who travels to a university not belonging to their own with the sole purpose of finding parties and getting drunk. This person travels to other universities most likely because their own college parties suck or they're not even going to college because they fucked up in high school.

Person 1: "Hey man, there's a Campus Gypsy outside that says he knows you"
Person 2: "Fuck that kid, he stole all my beer last week."

President Donald Trump has ordered that all Hispanic families be put into Trumpcentration camps (aka "modern day concentrstion camps") where Hispanics will enjoy being separated from their family members and be placed behind bars for undisclosed amounts of time and be served peanut butter burritos.

Free Hugs Campaign 

A campaign that is designed to make people happy and see them smile. It is based upon the concept of giving a stranger a hug and led by a person called Juan Mann. Most people actively involved in the Free Hugs Campaign find busy urban areas and hold up signs reading "Free Hugs", and allow strangers to hug them. Refunds are offered if the person is unsatisfied.
