Totally buried (by flab) abdominal muscles in the configuration of a back pack. The exact opposite of a “six pack,” the definition of which is: “Well defined abdominal muscles in the configuration of a six pack of canned drinks.”
A uni pack could be described as: “Undefined abdominal muscles in the configuration of a two-liter bottle of Coca Cola carried in a school back pack that is already full of homework.”

Penguin Packed

To describe the degree of crowdedness at a location. When a place is extremely packed with people and your body is almost touching the person in front of you, and you're moving at a slow pace (1 inch per 3 seconds) you sort of wobble sideways like a penguin with every step. Commonly experienced at a very crowded and popular night club and such places.

Man! It was penguin packed, took a very long time just to move from one end of the room to the other!
