Someone who hates on the baseball team of the Los Angeles Dodgers, usually a giants fan or someone who just likes to try and piss a dodger fan off. Yet they probably don’t watch baseball or pissed that their team lost to them (They hate them, because they ain’t them)

Most commonly means to somehow find a way out of a serious charge (murder, robbery, drug dealing, assault), usually with the help of a top tier lawyer or entity of authority.
